FAQs

Everything you need to know

Which areas of the UK do you cover?

I’m happy to travel to anywhere in South Wales – from Chepstow and Monmouth to Swansea and Brecon. I’m also happy to travel within about 3 hours of Cardiff. To give you a better idea, this includes Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Shropshire.

If the event I’m photographing is more than 1 hour away, I may need to stay overnight at a hotel which will be an additional charge, and additional travel costs will apply (no charge for a 40 mile radius from my home, then 45p a mile).

If your wedding is further away, including abroad, and you’re wondering about travel costs, get in touch via my contact page!

How many images will we receive and do we get usage rights?

All my full day packages will come with a minimum of 600 photos, but I have been known to double or even triple that! You will have the right to share the photos on your social media posts, get them printed for your home etc, but you will not have the right to sell them or give them to anyone or any business for commercial use without my permission. This is because by law, the copyright of the images belongs to me. As I am the creator and editor of the images, my images represent me, my work and my business, so if you have plans to share your images with a business or publish them through a magazine, you'll need to get in touch with me first.

Do you have back-up equipment?

Yes I do. I always shoot with cameras that have two card slots. These card slots are duplicates of each other, so that if one SD card corrupts, the other will be a backup. I also shoot with two cameras, just in case something goes very wrong with one of them. I also have two backup cameras, just in case the shit hits the fan!

How would you best describe your style?

I'm relaxed - I go with the flow, while also making sure to run on time throughout the day. I've been told I make people feel comfortable, so that's important information I think!

My photography style is relaxed and natural, known as candid or documentary-style photography. I blend into your wedding to capture the moments you'll cherish forever—most of them completely unposed, like a ninja with a camera!

My editing style is 'enhanced reality' - I enhance the contrast, shadows and colours in my photos so that they're bright. I avoid muting any part of my photos! I like my work to celebrate the theme and colours you carefully chose when planning your wedding.
